Her Demon Harem (The Succubus Chronicles #1) by Savannah Skye

35993190When librarian Stevie Price goes out with some friends on New Year’s Eve, she never expects to come home on the back of a motorcycle with four sexy demons who claim they’re her new protectors. And she DEFINITELY doesn’t expect to be hunted by a crazed she-devil named Luci who wants her dead. But she’s not going down without a fight.
Now, if she can just stop herself from falling in love with Damon, Lachlan, Matteo AND Rex? Maybe she’s got a chance in hell of surviving this mess…

It was an okay read. I liked the aspect of the story it just didn’t follow through on the execution. I liked our main character Stevie enough. I felt that she took the news well just a little too fast. “Hey, you’re a succubus and we are your sexy demons protectors.” Homegirl really didn’t ask too many questions.

I loved the guys, they were great! They were all different and the author made it easy to tell them apart. All of them had different personalities and it showed. My only question is where can I sign up to get four demon protectors of my own?

Some things I didn’t like about the books was that there were so many questions unanswered. How did Luci get to be the last succubus standing? What are all the powers that Stevie has? Why train so hard to teach her how to defend herself if you weren’t even going let that happen? I’m still trying to get some stuff figured out.

I felt that the book went downhill towards the end. All the decisions she made were really irritating me. I don’t know if I want to read the next book because of her terrible decisions, hers and the guys.

Overall it okay and very high on the smut scale.
