If you follow my reviews often then you know that I love me some Reverse Harem. Judge me if you want but you find won’t me caring. It’s one of my reading vices and I love it.
What the hell took me so long to read this book??!! I loved it! I can only kick my own ass for taking my sweet time reading this.Now this book does have some triggers of violence and child abuse. (Just letting you know in case they get to you). This book does give my Scarab Beetle vibes but oh well.
We have Christina (aka Kit) she’s a high school student who just happens to also be a renowned thief as well. It starts out not really giving you information as to why she’s doing this but when the story unfolds everything clicks into place! She does her best to not get caught but when she does it’s by secret agents who want to help her instead of turn her in.
I loved Kit so much. She was feisty and stuck up for herself, but she also wasn’t afraid to be vulnerable.
We have five guys in this story. River, Cole, Welsey, and the twins Caleb and Austin. You can’t make me choose because I love them all…well maybe not Austin he still needs to grow on me…or stop being an ass, whichever comes first. Anywho, they all sound yummy and Kit is having a hard time trying to balance finding out who she is and getting to know them.
Not acting on my desire for these men would have been like trying to hold a wild horse with dental floss. Impossible.
This book is filled with action, steamy scenes, and a kickass heroine. I sped through this and now I’m on to book two!
