So I put some books on hold at the library last week and I thought I would show ya’ll what I got. We have a mix of Young Adult and Manga here. Lets jump into it!

I’m actually pretty excited to start this book. I have read NOTHING BUT GOOD reivews about this one.
»Little Monsters – Kara Thomas
This drew me in with it being compared to Pretty Little Liars. I don’t normally read thrillers, but I’m going to give this one a try.
»My Lady Jane – Cynthia Hand, Jodi Meadows, Brodi Ashton
I’m currently reading this on my communte to work and I’m loving it! I just got the book so I can read it in between my commutes.
Manga
»Demon Love Spell Vol. 1 – Mayu Shinjo
okay so we have “a sexy demon who feeds off women’s feelings of passion and love”… umm SOLD!
»Kiss Him, Not Me Vol. 3 – Junko
This has been such a cute series so far and I can’t wai to read more!
»Black Bird Vol. 2 – Kanoko Sakurakouji
I wasn’t too sure about the volume one, but I went ahead and orded the second volume anyway. Hopefully, it gets better.

I got a little bit into it and decided it just wasn’t for me. I don’t want to spend time reading books that I don’t care for.

I love Watashi ga Motete Dousunda! (kiss him not me). I’ve read it online but I hope to buy the manga, because I want to do the collection. The anime is also very cute but short.

I ended up returning Eliza and Her monsters. I couldn’t get into and I don’t want to force myself to read books I don’t like.

I have a giant stack of thrillers from the library that I need to get through before I can even think about what I’m really craving … which is some YA fantasy right now, hah! Fingers crossed for both of us and our book hauls!

I’m in the same boat as you! I want to dive into To Kill A Kingdom, but I have way too many romance arcs at the moment .

OMG, I loved Eliza and Her Monsters! It’s one of my favorite YA contemporary books! I hope you enjoy it. I loved Black Bird and I hope you love it as well! I haven’t read Demon Love Spell but I’m going to check to out soon.

I’m reading “Taking The Perfect Husband Home with 55 Stolen Houses” by Ya Fei Ye. Recently I’ve been reading more webtoons and less manga. They’re so addictive and the art is gorgeous! 🙂
