Wrap Up

July 2021 Wrap Up

Hello friends! July has been a weird but hard month for me. I didn’t even upload a June Wrap up and that’s a mess in it’s self. I struggled with reading in July and then my mom was in the hospital with COVID and everything went downhill. Rereads and short insta-love romance were all I were reading the middle of the month and onward.  I needed romances that were short and would  give me the feels.

Outside of books I have started playing Genshin Impact a little and I’m still obsessed with Cozy Grove.

I hope y’all are well and had a great May. Let’s get into things I’ve read, listened to, and watched!

Music

These are some of the songs that I’ve been loving in July. I have a Playlist that has my current favorites in it. If you’re interested, you can listen to it here.

TV

My Hero Academia Season 2 Ep. 8 - Link and Discussion: BokuNoHeroAcademia

I paused My Hero Academia in the middle of June, but picked it back up and haven’t looked up back in July. I’m a few episodes shy of season three and I’m so invested!

Books

Now to the main reason for this post, the books! I read 24 things in July.

  5. Oh my! I hope your mom is doing fine again and got out of hospital by now! ❤ It must have been so scary to live through that. *sends hugs* No wonder that you couldn't concentrate on books. You had good company with "Permission to Dance" though. I love that it's the first song on your list! BTS is amazing! I love them so much and they definitely helped me to fight through this pandemic.
I hope your August will be better and that you'll be able to read a lot of great books! =)

      1. I’m glad to hear she’s at home now! 🙂 It’s always the best to recover at home because at the hospital you never get any quiet. (At least that’s my experience. XD) My reading has been going good. Slow but good. I’ had a little bit of health issues that got in the way and kept me away from my books. *lol*
