Wild About You is a full-length second chance romance with a grumpy NHL player, his teenage sister, and the ex-girlfriend he never forgot.

This was my first book by this author so I didn’t know what to expect. I enjoyed this and can’t wait to read more by this author.

I really liked our characters and side characters. Especially Tyler’s teammates! The way they cared for Everly and helped Tyler out was honestly the best part of this series.

The romance was sweet, but it took a bit of time before it got started. Second chance romances can be tricky, however, Tyler and Piper were good together. I liked how supportive of each other they were. Even though there were some things that could have gone wrong, the author didn’t give us a miscommunication issue. It was so refreshing. This did have some steamy moments! I wish we could have had more, especially since they were separated for so long but that’s just personal preference.

All in all, this was a cute second chance romance. If you’re interested in sports romance and want an easy read, then pick this one up. I’m curious to see what happens next in this series.
