My Top Books of 2017.

Hello friends!

Its almost the end of the year so I thought I would tell you my favorite books that I read this year.

Crown of Midnight by Sarah J Maas ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I loved this book so much. Once I picked it up, I honestly couldn’t put it down. I was so impressed with Celaena in this book! There was so many twists and turns that as soon I was done, I ordered Heir of Fire on Amazon in the next second. I haven’t started it, but I can only think that I will love it!

You Can’t Touch My Hair by Phoebe Robinson ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I normally don’t read non-fiction at all, but I heard nothing but good things about this book. I fell in love with Phoebe! )She also has a podcast called 2 Dope Queens as well, if you’re into podcast give it a try.) Her personality really shined through in this book and she was hilarious. Even though there is humor in this book, she doesn’t hide behind it or uses it to skirt around difficult topics. It was a fun and witty read!!

Paper Princess by Erin Watt ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was in a reading slump when I first picked this book up and while I was reading, all I could think was “why haven’t I read this sooner?!” It was everything that my little dramatic ass was needing! Drama, sexy guys, and a likable heroine.

“You should know whatever game you’re playing, you can’t win. Not against all of us. If you leave now, you won’t be hurt. If you stay, we’ll break you so bad that you’ll be crawling away.”

These brothers were mean, savage, and just plain assholes. As the story went on you start to like them, even get a little attached to them. I fell in love with this book and binge read the next two in the series.

Iniquitous (The Marked #3) by Bianca Scardoni ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was a part of a sequel that I spent half the year waiting for and it really didn’t disappoint me! I devoured it in one setting the day it came out and now I’m just stuck looking stupid until the next book. Just had to let you know that I’m team Dominic. (Sorry Trace!) The ending was cruel as shit and I’m still not over it!

Trickery (Curse of the Gods #1) by Jaymin Eve & Jane Washington ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This book seriously was not something that I had high hopes for. I remember seeing that this was on KU and description seeming okay to try. One girl with 5 soon to be gods? Hell yes! There was soo much sarcasm and witty banter. I fell in love with Willa and the Abcurse brothers.
